Shubhanmangal Gad, also known as Mahimangad, is a hill fort located in Sangola taluka of Solapur district, Maharashtra. Built during the Bahamani and later used by the Adilshahi and Maratha rulers, the fort played an important role in guarding trade routes and surrounding villages. The fort structure is now mostly in ruins but still showcases ancient stone walls, gateways, water tanks, and bastions. It offers a glimpse into medieval fort architecture and the strategic importance of forts in the Deccan plateau.
